CEO Build is Romania’s largest leadership volunteering event and one of the largest initiatives of its kind in Europe.
Under the theme “Leadership in Action,” business leaders, civil society representatives and public sector leaders come together to help build homes for families in need while raising awareness of the need for affordable housing in Romania.
More than 200 CEOs, founders, key opinion leaders and public sector leaders have taken part in the three CEO Build editions held to date.
Participants work side by side with partner families to help build four homes, directly contributing to better living conditions for families in need.
CEO Build is a powerful platform for raising awareness and mobilising support for housing solutions. Its goal is to help more than 2,000 people across Romania.
The event creates opportunities for leaders from across sectors to connect, exchange ideas and use their influence to advocate for better affordable housing policies and promote a stronger culture of social responsibility in Romania.
